Feike de Vries (born 1 January 1943) is a retired Dutch water polo player. He was part of the Dutch team that placed seventh at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City. [1]

Wouly Sybrand de Bie is a former water polo goalkeeper from the Netherlands, who participated in two Summer Olympics. In 1980 he finished in sixth position with the Dutch team. Four years later in Los Angeles, De Bie once again gained the sixth spot in the final rankings with the Netherlands. De Bie was reckoned one of the best goalkeepers of the World in 1982, when he finished first during the Tungsram Cup in Budapest, Hungary, where the top ten teams of the World where present. Direct after that tournament he gained the fourth spot during the World Championships in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Arend Jantinus "Arie" van de Bunt is a former water polo goalkeeper from the Netherlands, who participated in three Summer Olympics for Holland. From 1992 on he finished in ninth (Barcelona), tenth (Atlanta) and eleventh (Sydney) position with the National Men's Team. He retired from the sport in the spring of 2005.

Jan Lodewijk de Vries is a retired water polo player from the Netherlands. He finished in ninth position with the Dutch team at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

De Vries is one of the most common Dutch surnames. It indicates a geographical origin: "Vriesland" is an old spelling of the Dutch province of Friesland (Frisia). Hence, "de Vries" means "the Frisian". The name has been modified to "DeVries", "deVries", or "Devries" in other countries.
