The Brecon and Merthyr Tydfil Junction Railway (B&MR) was a railway company in Wales. It was originally intended to link the towns in its name. Finding its access to Merthyr difficult at first, it acquired the Rumney Railway, an old plateway, and this gave it access to Newport docks. This changed its emphasis from rural line to mineral artery.
The Crumlin railway stations historically served the town of Crumlin, South Wales. Both stations are now closed and no longer exist.
Aberbeeg railway station served the village of Aberbeeg in Monmouthshire, Wales. It was the junction where the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal Company's lines from Newport to Brynmawr and Ebbw Vale diverged.
There are 22 disused railway stations on the Bristol to Exeter line between Bristol Temple Meads and Exeter St Davids. The line was completed in 1844 at which time the temporary terminus at Beambridge was closed. The most recent closure was Tiverton Junction which was replaced by a new station} on a different site in 1986. 12 of the disused stations have structures that can still be seen from passing trains.

Caerleon railway station is a former station serving Caerleon on the east side of the city of Newport, UK and a proposed future station as part of the South Wales Metro.
Barry Pier railway station was a railway station in Barry Island, in Wales. It was the terminus of the Barry Island branch line, was authorised in 1896 and opened on 27 June 1899 when the line was extended from Barry Island railway station. There was a 280-yard (260 m) tunnel connecting the two railway stations which descended at a gradient of 1 in 80 (1.25%). The last steamer Balmoral called at the floating pontoon located beside the station in October 1971 and the last train in April 1973, but Barry Pier station was not officially closed until 5 July 1976.
Greenway Halt was a request stop on the former Ledbury and Gloucester Railway. It opened on 1st April 1937 and closed in 1959 when the line was closed to passengers. It was situated along the profile of what is now the Dymock Road, 4 miles from Ledbury. The Victorian station house remains today on the site opposite the Old Nail Shop. It continues to run in parallel to the River Leadon another mile before it reaches the village and Dymock station.
Dymock railway station was a stop on the former Ledbury and Gloucester Railway. It opened in 1885 and served the Gloucestershire village of Dymock. It had a passing loop, as well as a goods shed and goods yard. It was closed for passengers in 1959 but remained open for freight traffic until 1964 when the line was closed.
Swansea Victoria is a former railway station in Swansea, south Wales, opened to passenger and goods traffic on 14 December 1867. Owned successively by the Llanelly Railway and Dock Company, the Swansea and Carmarthen Railways Company, the London and North Western Railway Company, the London, Midland and Scottish Railway Company and British Railways, it was served by trains to and from Shrewsbury, Crewe, Liverpool, Manchester and York and formed the southern terminus of the Central Wales line, most of which is still operational as the Heart of Wales Line. Victoria closed in June 1964, having been listed in the Report on the Reshaping of British Railways the previous year. The site was subsequently cleared and used for Swansea Leisure Centre.
Maesycwmmer railway station was situated on the Bassaleg and Bargoed line, serving the adjoining village of Maesycwmmer, which lies on the east bank of the Rhymney River in the historic county of Monmouth. It was located at 12 miles 44 chains (20.2 km) from Newport. The line was built by the Brecon and Merthyr Railway, and passed to the Great Western Railway in 1923 and to British Railways in 1948. The line was double track and the station had simple up and down platforms.
Blaenavon Low Level railway station was the northern terminus of the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal Company line from Pontypool to Blaenavon in Monmouthshire, Wales.
Pentrefelin Halt railway station was a station on the Swansea District line in Wales. It opened on 16 April 1928, and closed on 11 June 1956.
