Fernando Gomes (born 10 June 1954) is a Brazilian sports shooter. He competed in the mixed 25 metre rapid fire pistol event at the 1980 Summer Olympics. [1]

Pinheiro competed in the men's 110 m hurdles and Gomes competing in the women's 100 m hurdles, respectively. Gomes was selected as the flag bearer for the opening ceremony. Despite Pinheiro setting a national record with his time, ultimately, neither athlete progressed beyond the heats of their respective events.
