Mother's Milk is the fourth studio and video album by American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers, released August 16, 1989 by EMI America. After the death of founding guitarist Hillel Slovak and the subsequent departure of drummer Jack Irons, vocalist Anthony Kiedis and bassist Flea regrouped with the addition of guitarist John Frusciante and drummer Chad Smith. Frusciante's influence altered the band's sound by placing more emphasis on melody than rhythm, which had dominated the band's previous material. That Dog is a Los Angeles-based rock band that formed in 1991 and dissolved in 1997, reuniting in 2011. The band originally consisted of Anna Waronker on lead vocals and guitar, Rachel Haden on bass guitar and vocals, her sister Petra Haden on violin and vocals, and Tony Maxwell on drums.

Count Me Out (band) American punk band

Count Me Out was an American straight edge hardcore band formed in 1997 in Richmond, Virginia. They released one album on Ambassador Records and two on Indecision Records. The band toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe. The first two albums, Few and Far Between (1999) and 110 (2000), were a direct descendant of the youth crew subgenre hardcore reminiscent of early Revelation Records releases, with a sound somewhere between Chain of Strength and Turning Point. The third album Permanent (2002) was darker and more brooding. The band broke up in early 2003, after touring Europe.
