Alles wieder offen is the tenth studio album by the German experimental band Einstürzende Neubauten. It was released on 19 October 2007 in Europe and 6 November in America. The title translated into English is "Everything Open Again".

"Theef" is the fourteenth episode of the seventh season of the science fiction television series The X-Files. It premiered on the Fox network in the United States on March 12, 2000. It was written by Vince Gilligan, John Shiban, and Frank Spotnitz and directed by Kim Manners. The episode is a Monster-of-the-Week" story, unconnected to the series' wider mythology. "Theef" earned a Nielsen household rating of 7.4, being watched by 11.91 million people in its initial broadcast. The episode received mixed to positive reviews from critics.

Potomak is an artist record label for the German experimental rock band Einstürzende Neubauten. It was founded by the band's front man Blixa Bargeld in 1988 to support the re-release of the band's Kollaps album on CD format. It also enabled the band to assume ownership of their music and operate outside of a label contract. Potomak also serves as the label for band member's solo projects and has released albums from Alexander Hacke, Rudolph Moser and Blixa Bargeld. Potomak releases are distributed through Rykodisc and Indigo.

Cindy and Bert were a German schlager vocal duo from Völklingen, Saarland consisting of Jutta Gusenberger and Norbert Berger. They were most successful in the 1970s, and are known for their participation in the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest.

This was the first of Ebstein's three appearances for Germany at Eurovision; she returned in 1971 and 1980.

Germany was represented by Lale Andersen, with the song "Einmal sehen wir uns wieder", at the 1961 Eurovision Song Contest, which took place on 18 March in Cannes, France. "Einmal sehen wir uns wieder" was chosen at the German national final held on 25 February.
