First Message is the debut album from Japanese singer Ayaka.
After a year of releasing singles and music videos, the album was originally for an early September release but was pushed back to allow Ayaka's single, Mikazuki, to correspond with the album release. It entered the Oricon charts at number one. The album has also been released on iTunes in Japan and other countries, including the United States.
The album debuted at #1 on the Oricon Albums Chart with first week sales of approximately 350,580 copies. [1] This became the highest first week sales of a female soloist's debut album since Mika Nakashima's True , released nearly four years prior. [2] First message sold 711,299 copies by the end of 2006, making it the 13th best-selling album of the fiscal year. [3]
First message managed to sell an additional 406,290 copies by the end of the following year, making it the 22nd best-selling album in Japan of 2007. [4] The album surpassed the million-selling mark during its 24th week on the charts, on April 23, 2007, making it the first time in three years since Avril Lavigne's Let Go that a female solo singer achieved a million-seller in Japan with her first album. [5] First message was certified Million by RIAJ for shipping around 1 million copies.
Her debut album re-entered the charts at #148 in 2009, and it peaked at #72 on April 15, 2009, Weekly Chart.

Concentration 20 is the third studio album by Japanese singer Namie Amuro. It was released on July 24, 1997, by Avex Trax. The album's genre is a fusion of styles including pop, dance, rock, reggae and ska. Unlike Amuro's previous effort, Sweet 19 Blues, which primarily had lyrics written by Tetsuya Komuro, Concentration 20's lyrics were mostly written by Marc Panther. Komuro did, however, compose and arrange most of the album's songs and wrote the lyrics to three of them. It was Namie's second solo album since splitting up with Super Monkey's.
Ayaka Iida, known simply by the mononym Ayaka, is a female Japanese singer, songwriter and record producer formerly signed to Warner Music Japan. Born in Osaka, she moved to Tokyo to pursue a singing career. She married actor Hiro Mizushima on February 22, 2009.

This was her first original album in two and a half years since Play (2007). It was released in two versions: a CD+DVD edition and a CD only edition. The first press of both versions came housed in a digipak, and pre-orders came with an original poster. The record came after the release of her third best-of album Best Fiction, which sold over a million copies. Unlike her previous studio albums Queen of Hip-Pop and Play, Past<Future features a more electropop and synth-pop sound.

"Taiyō no Uta" is a song recorded by Japanese actress and singer Erika Sawajiri for the TBS television adaptation of the film of the same name. It was released under the name "Kaoru Amane", the lead character of the series portrayed by Sawajiri, through Sony Music Records on August 30, 2006. The single broke several records, scoring the best first-week sales of a debut single by a female solo artist, and becoming the first debut single by an actress in twelve years to top the Oricon Singles Chart, since Yuki Uchida's debut with "Tenca o Torō! " (1994).
BTS, the Best is the second Japanese-language compilation album by South Korean boy band BTS. It was released on June 16, 2021, through Big Hit Music, Universal Music Japan sublabel Virgin Music and Def Jam Recordings. The album is a compilation of their previous two Japanese-language studio albums, Face Yourself (2018) and Map of the Soul: 7 – The Journey (2020). It was a commercial success in Japan, reaching number one on the Oricon Albums Chart, and earned the biggest first week sales for an album in 2021 domestically. BTS became the first South Korean group to surpass the 1 million sales mark for an album in the country.
Delicious is the seventh original studio album released by Japanese pop band Dreams Come True. It was distributed in Japan and across Asia on March 25, 1995, through Epic Records Japan. The record was released 1 year and 3 months after their previous album Magic. This is the first time that Dreams Come True, who have been releasing albums at a pace of one a year, have released an album that came out more than a full year after its predecessor. Delicious was also their first original album with 13 songs. The MiniDisc edition of the album was released on March 18, 1995, one week in advance of the CD and cassette edition. Delicious is primarily a pop record with influences of funk, R&B and tango.
