Fly2Sky Airlines is a Charter/ACMI aircraft operator specialized in leasing and air charter headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Fly2Sky is part of Aerovista group. [2] The company mainly operates flights in the format of ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance).

History

The airline was established and began flight operations in 6 February 2017 as VIA Airways (VAW) with two Airbus A320 aircraft (LZ-MDK and LZ-MDO).

Later on, in February 2019, it was re-branded as Fly2Sky Airlines and the company was focused on ACMI and Charter operations. [3]

Since the airline began operating flights under ACMI/WetLease contracts, the company has achieved very significant and positive success, including having signed long-term ACMI contracts with some airlines such as Transavia, AirBaltic, TAP Air Portugal, AirArabia, IcelandAir, AirSerbia, SkyUp Airlines, HumoAir in Asian continent, United Nigeria Airlines, AirAlgerie in African continent or World Atlantic Airways in USA etc.
