Folk Session Inside is an album by the bluegrass band Country Gentlemen, recorded in 1963. This album proved to be the last for bassist Tom Gray. [1] [2]
The Country Gentlemen was a progressive bluegrass band that originated during the 1950s in the area of Washington, D.C., United States, and recorded and toured with various members until the death in 2004 of Charlie Waller, one of the group's founders who in its later years served as the group's leader.
These Days is the eleventh studio album and the first box set by American country music artist Vince Gill. Consisting of 43 original songs spanning four discs, the album displays the range of Gill’s lyrical and musical styles, ranging from traditional country and bluegrass to jazz and rock. The album was nominated for two Grammy Awards including Album of the Year and won Best Country Album. In 2012, the album was number 10 on People Magazine's "Top 10 Best Albums of the Century ". It is also ranked #9 on Country Universe's "The 100 Greatest Albums of the Decade."

Bluegrass at Carnegie Hall is an album of studio recordings by the progressive bluegrass band The Country Gentlemen, released in 1962 on the Starday label and reissued in 1988. The only thing about this album that has anything to do with Carnegie Hall is the cover photo on the original Starday LP, showing the group on stage. Nevertheless, there are many classic tunes on the album from the group's Starday era. As for the actual Carnegie Hall concert, there are six cuts on the Smithsonian Folkways CD "The Country Gentlemen: On the Road"(SFW40133), which include the fine dobro playing of Kenny Haddock.

According to Barrie Masters, the record company "just let it slip out" and it wasn't very successful, subsequently resulting in the dissolution of The Hot Rods in late 1981. The band reformed for a year from 1984 to 1985 but it wouldn't be until 1996 that they completed another studio album. This release also sees the departure of Paul Gray with him being replaced by T.C..
