Rugby football is the collective name for the team sports of rugby union and rugby league.

Kolbe was a member of the South Africa Sevens team that won a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He was a member of the South Africa team that won the 2019 Rugby World Cup. Playing at right wing, he scored South Africa's second try in the final minutes of the final.
Justin Gilberto Geduld is a South African rugby union player, currently contracted to SARU as a sevens rugby player, as well as playing domestic rugby union for Western Province. His regular position is centre.
Seabelo Mohanoe Senatla is a South African rugby union player for the South African Sevens Side. He also plays for Stormers in Super Rugby and Western Province in the Currie Cup. His regular position is winger.
Albertus Stephanus Smith, known professionally as Kwagga Smith, is a South African rugby union player for the South Africa national team, the Lions in Super Rugby and Shizuoka Blue Revs in the Japanese Japan Rugby League One. His regular position is flanker.

S'busiso Romeo Nkosi (born 21 January 1996 is a South African professional rugby union player for the South Africa national team and the Bulls in United Rugby Championship. His regular position is winger.
