Fragile Vastness is a Greek band, formed in February 2000 by Babis Tsolakis (drums, former member of Piranha and Retrospect), Vangelis Yalamas (bass guitar, former member of Airged Lahm and Retrospect), Evi Katsamatsa (piano/keyboards, a piano teacher), Alex Flouros (guitars, former member of Sound Of Silence) and Zacharias Tsoumos (vocals, tenor at the National Greek Opera).

History

Their musical influence covers a wide spectrum of different kinds of music, like jazz, Latin and ethnic music, but they can be categorized as a progressive rock/progressive metal band. After signing a contract with the record company Sleaszy Rider, they release their debut album called Excerpts..., including the video clip for the song “Weep No More”, on the November 19, 2002. In the beginning of 2004, Zacharias Tsoumos leaves the band due to obligations and is replaced by George Ikosipentakis. With this synthesis, their second album "A Tribute To Life" was released in 2005. Fragile Vastness has been a support band for bands like Sentenced, Pain of Salvation, Rage, Primordial, Deadsoul Tribe, Fates Warning and Helloween

Fates Warning is an American progressive metal band, formed in Hartford, Connecticut, in 1982 by vocalist John Arch, guitarists Jim Matheos and Victor Arduini, bassist Joe DiBiase, and drummer Steve Zimmerman. There have been numerous lineup changes over the course of their 40-year career, and Matheos is the only constant member. As of 2020, the band consists of Matheos, vocalist Ray Alder, bassist Joey Vera, drummer Bobby Jarzombek and guitarist Michael Abdow. Fates Warning also had a revolving cast of drummers and guitarists by the time Jarzombek and Abdow joined the band in 2007 and 2020 respectively.

Frágil is a Peruvian rock band. Named after an eponymous Yes album ("Fragile"), Frágil is one of the most respected rock bands in Perú. Fragil started as a symphonic progressive/hard rock band influenced by the likes of Yes, Genesis, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Jethro Tull, Black Sabbath, Rainbow. They earned local fame through their hit single "Av. Larco"(Ave. Larco) in the early 80's. Frágil has a cult status in Peru usually selling out all of their concerts.

The Wyrd Sisters are a Canadian folk music group formed in 1990 in Winnipeg by founding members Kim Baryluk, Nancy Reinhold and Kim Segal. The band chose the name "the Wyrd Sisters" to represent and reclaim the ancient pre-Christian triple goddess, also known as Weird, Wurd, Urd, Urth and The Fates. Wastefall is a progressive rock/metal group from Greece. They formed in 2003 and temporarily disbanded on August 1, 2008. They reunited in 2013.

Hortus Animae is a progressive black metal band from Northern and Central Italy. They formed in 1997 in the town of Rimini (Romagna). After the release of their self-produced debut The Melting Idols, they began an active live streak with bands like Lacuna Coil, Ancient and Napalm Death. Upon opening for the cult Norwegian black metal band Ancient in Padova (Italy), the band developed a friendship with their drummer Grom, who soon after joined the band out of admiration for their work and made it his primary side-project. At this point the band began the recording process of their second album and first official release Waltzing Mephisto which had been years in the writing. The album was recorded at the well known Italian metal studios Fear. Following the recording, the band signed deal with Greek label Black Lotus Records in October 2002 and subsequently with Sleaszy Rider Records (EMI) for their 3rd and most evolved concept-album The Blow Of Furious Winds in May 2005.

Sotiris Lagonikas is a Greek musician, best known for his work as co-founder and drummer of the Greek classic rock group What's The Buzz?, as well as for his SL Theory music project, for which he has composed the music and written the lyrics while performing all instruments and vocals recorded on SL Theory's debut album which was released in 2010 under the title "SL Theory - I". Two years later, Lagonikas released his second solo album, under the title "Progressively Dark" and by the spring of 2013, along with longtime friend and What's The Buzz? co-founder and bassist Chris Kissadjekian released under the band name Double Treat their debut album "Wander Thirst" through Sleaszy Rider label. SadDoLLs is a Greek gothic metal band formed in 2006 as a cover band. After a few live performances and material composing the band recorded the E.P. Dead In The Dollhouse in 2007, gaining positive reviews from the press. In April 2008 the band was the support act for Lacrimas Profundere's gig in Athens. The band has three full-length albums. The first, called "About Darkness", was released in Europe by the Greek Label Emotion Art music, the second one called "Happy Deathday", was released on January 20, 2012, by the Italian Label Lunatic Asylum Records and Twilight worldwide, and the latest called "Grave Party" was released worldwide via Inverse Records in April 2014. As of May 2016 the band is under a contract with the German-based label Trisol Music Group
