On 8 July 2021, he moved to Inter Milan and was assigned to their Under-19 squad. [1]

On 22 July 2022, Nunziatini joined Serie C club San Donato Tavarnelle on a season-long loan. [2]

On 28 July 2023, Nunziatini joined Serie C club Torres on a season-long loan. [3]

On 17 July 2024, Nunziatini returned to Torres on permanent basis. [4] On 30 August 2024, he was loaned to Sestri Levante. [5]
