Francis "Frank" Kisekka (born 22 December 1926) is an Ugandan retired amateur flyweight boxer. He competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics, where he lost in the first bout to Paolo Curcetti. [1]

Between 1961 and 1964 he fought professionally in the bantamweight division, and had a record of 12 wins, 3 losses and one draw. His younger brother Gaetano was also an Olympic boxer.
