    Fred Hemmings has four children: son Heath, Daughters Meaghan and Kaui, step son Gordon and seven grandchildren Trevor, Merrick, Hanna, Eleanor, Leo, Talcott, and Kiera. The Descendants was written by daughter Kaui Hart Hemmings. [9]
