George Michael Dolenz Jr. is an American musician and actor. He was the drummer and one of two primary vocalists for the pop rock band the Monkees, and a co-star of the TV series The Monkees (1966–1968). Dolenz is the last surviving member of the band.

King and written by him, along with Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, who together used the pseudonym Elmo Glick. According to King, the title is derived from, and was inspired by, a spiritual written by Sam Cooke and J. W. Alexander called "Stand by Me Father", recorded by the Soul Stirrers with Johnnie Taylor singing lead.

He is the frontman of the musical group Black Eyed Peas, which he formed with fellow musicians apl.de.ap and Taboo in 1995. The group, having released nine total studio albums, saw their furthest mainstream success during their 2000s pop rap era with Elephunk (2003), Monkey Business (2005), The E.N.D. (2009), and The Beginning (2010). Adams served as lead vocalist since its formation, although for the albums, he did so alongside singer Fergie—who joined the group in 2002 and departed after the latter.

Ministry of Sound Sessions Eight is a dance music compilation album and the eighth installment of the Ministry of Sound Australia "sessions" series, which started in 2004. The discs were mixed by Sam La More and Tommy Trash. This was the first appearance for Sam La More but the third appearance for Tommy Trash, who appeared in Ministry of Sound Sessions Six and Sessions Seven. Disc one was mixed by La More and disc two by Trash. Sessions Eight finished 2011 at number five on the ARIA 2011 End-of-Year Top 50 Dance Albums Chart and number ten on the ARIA Top 50 Compilations Chart.

Initially entitled "Burqa", an Infected Mushroom demo is the song's backbone. "Aura", which explores different facets of the singer, is a mariachi and EDM song with Western guitar and Middle Eastern musical influences and a dance production. God Save the Rave is the twentieth studio album by German band Scooter, released on 16 April 2021 through Sheffield Tunes and Kontor Records. It is the first Scooter album not to be released after the usual one year-two year gap, being released almost four years after 2017's Scooter Forever. It is also the first and only studio album featuring Sebastian Schilde, who replaced Phil Speiser in 2019 and then departed from the band in December 2022, and the final studio album featuring Michael Simon who also left in December 2022 after being with the band since 2006.
