Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. (FSC) is an Indian supply chain and logistics company. [1]

FSC caters to corporates in Food & FMCG; Apparels, Footwear & Accessories; Home and Furniture, Consumer Electronics & Hi- Tech; Automotive; Pharma and Light Engineering domain.

History

Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. (FSC) was incorporated in March, 2006. [2] In December 2019, Nippon Express acquired a 22% stake in Future Supply Chain Solutions. This acquisition included 58,63,475 shares, representing 14.6% of FSC's existing share capital. Nippon Express also secured representation on Future Supply Chains Board of Directors, enhancing the board's strategic direction. [3]

It has a subsidiary cargo airline, Blue Dart Aviation that operates in South Asian countries. In 2002, Blue Dart had a business alliance with DHL Express and on 8 November 2004, DHL Express invested €120 million in it, and since then has been a major shareholder in the company.
