G-Side is an American hip hop duo from Huntsville, Alabama. [1] The group consists of ST 2 Lettaz (born Stephen Harris) and Yung Clova (born David Williams). [2]

History

ST 2 Lettaz and Yung Clova first met at the Boys & Girls Club in Athens, Alabama. [3] In 1999, they formed G-Side. [4] The duo connected with the production team Block Beattaz and got involved in the entertainment company Slow Motion Soundz. [4]

G-Side's debut studio album, Sumthin 2 Hate, was released in 2007. [5] It was followed by Starshipz and Rocketz (2008) [6] and Huntsville International (2009). [7] In 2011, the duo released The One...Cohesive , [8] as well as Island . [9]

In September 2012, it was announced[ who? ] that they had decided to part ways. [10] However, their hiatus ended in November 2013. [11]

The duo released Gz II Godz in 2014 [12] and The 2 Cohesive in 2018. [13]

Style and influences

In a 2010 interview, G-Side cited 8Ball & MJG, Outkast, Ghetto Mafia, Geto Boys, Master P, and UGK as the influences on the duo's music. [14]

The 2022 United States Senate election in Alabama will be held on November 8, 2022, to elect a member of the United States Senate to represent the State of Alabama. Incumbent Senator Richard Shelby was first elected in 1986 and re-elected in 1992 as a Democrat before switching to the Republican Party in 1994. In his most recent election in 2016, he was re-elected with 64% of the vote over Democrat Ron Crumpton. In February 2021, Shelby announced that he would not seek re-election to a seventh term.

Inhale C-4 $$$$$ is a mixtape by American electronic musician James Ferraro under the alias BEBETUNE$, released for free on December 14, 2011. Parodying the tropes of contemporary American hip hop music and its culture, it marks the first time in Ferraro's career that he approached such a style. Reviews of the mixtape were mostly positive, and it appeared in the top 20 of Tiny Mix Tapes' list of the best releases of 2012.

Youre Mines Still 2020 song by Yung Bleu

"You're Mines Still" is a song by American rapper Yung Bleu. It was released on October 2, 2020, as the third track from his EP Love Scars: The 5 Stages of Emotions. A remix featuring Canadian musician Drake was released on October 16, 2020, as part of the deluxe version of the EP and was later included on his debut studio album Moon Boy (2021). The remix came about after basketball player DeMarcus Cousins reached out to both artists, urging them to collaborate. The soft, melodic song finds the two harmonizing about their ex-lovers who they still hold on to. An unofficial remix called "You're Not Mines Still" was made by Chloe Bailey, one half of the duo Chloe x Halle.
