Al-Ittihad Club, commonly known as Al-Ittihad or simply Ittihad, is a Saudi professional football club based in Jeddah. It was founded in 1927. The club has spent its entire history in the top flight of football in Saudi Arabia, currently known as the Saudi Pro League. Ittihad has won 50 championships from which 35 are official championships.

The season began on 9 August 2010 with the 12 teams agreed upon by the LFF, but, after several rounds of talks, Ahly Tripoli were re-instated following their withdrawal from the league last season, in addition to Tahaddy, Najma and Wahda, the other two sides relegated and last season's Second Division runners-up, respectively.
