Miss Puerto Rico is a national title bestowed on the women representing Puerto Rico in the most prestigious and relevant international beauty pageants. Currently, Miss Universe Puerto Rico selects the representative for Miss Universe, Miss World Puerto Rico for Miss World, Miss Earth Puerto Rico for Miss Earth and Miss Global, Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico(Our Beauty Puerto Rico) for Miss International, Miss Supranational, and Miss Grand International. No pageant is held to select the representative for Miss Intercontinental, with the delegate usually being selected from the group of semifinalists in Miss World Puerto Rico. Since 2023, Puerto Rico is the only nation to have won all eight international beauty pageants. Not including Miss Global, Puerto Rico is also the only country to have won the other seven pageants, which are known as the Grand Slam, as they are considered the most important. With 16 major titles won as of 2023, Puerto Rico is recognized as a powerhouse in the industry of beauty pageants, alongside Venezuela, Philippines, United States, and India.
Miss Perú is the national beauty pageant of the republic of Peru. The contest gathers participants from all over the nation, including Peruvian women representing their community overseas. Having been broadcast by all the major television networks in the country during its history, the pageant is currently broadcast by América Televisión. It is preceded by two or three months of preliminary events, with the awarding of corporate prizes by sponsors.
Puteri Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia that sends its winner to represent the country at Miss International, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The pageant also sends representatives to Miss Supranational and Miss Charm pageants, by giving Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan and Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata titles to the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up respectively.
The 17th annual Nuestra Belleza México pageant, was held at the Auditorio Parque Las Maravillas in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico on September 25, 2010. The State of Jalisco, won for the third consecutive year with Karin Ontiveros, who later competed in Miss Universe 2011 in Brazil. Ontiveros was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza México titleholder and Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete. She was the fourth Jalisciense to win this Title. Thirty-one contestants of the Mexican Republic competed for the national title.

The Miss Haiti or Miss Haiti Univers is a national Beauty pageant in Haiti. The pageant was founded in 1920, where the winners were sent to Miss Universe.

Miss Venezuela 2012 was the 59th edition of the Miss Venezuela pageant held on August 30, 2012 at the Hotel Tamanaco Intercontinental in Caracas, Venezuela. At the end of the event, outgoing titleholder Irene Esser crowned Gabriela Isler of Guárico as her successor.

Esonica Veira is a US Virgin Islander model and beauty queen who won the title of Miss Universe US Virgin Islands 2017 and represented the US Virgin Islands at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant on November 26, 2017 in Las Vegas. Esonica was also appointed to be her territory's representative for Miss Earth 2014. Prior to joining Miss Earth, Esonica already represented her country in the Miss World 2011 pageant held in London, UK. After her Miss World participation, she was once again selected to compete in Miss Supranational 2013 in Minsk, Belarus.

Romina Rocamonje Fuentes is a Bolivian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Bolivia 2014 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. She also represented her country in Miss Supranational 2017 where she placed as one of the Top 25 semi-finalists.

Señorita Panamá 2019 was the 53rd Señorita Panamá pageant. It selected the national representatives to the Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Grand International competitions. This was the fourth edition of the renewed Señorita Panama pageant, under the direction of Cesar Anel Rodríguez, who took charge of the national event in 2016. Twenty-four preliminary contestants were selected from throughout Panama and competed for the crown.
Miss Diva 2020 was the 8th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant held on February 22, 2020. A total of 20 contestants were shortlisted from various auditions across the country. Vartika Singh crowned Adline Castelino as her successor and she represented India at Miss Universe 2020. Shefali Sood crowned Aavriti Choudhary as her successor and she represented India at Miss Supranational 2021. Miss Diva 2018 Runner up Roshni Sheoran crowned Neha Jaiswal as her successor. Anntonia Porsild, Miss Supranational 2019 graced the event. This was the first edition of Miss Diva under Liva Fluid Fashion.
Valentina Belén Sánchez Trivella is an American beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Supranational Venezuela 2021. She also represented the state of Nueva Esparta at the Miss Venezuela 2020 finishing as one of the finalists. Sánchez represented Venezuela at the Miss Supranational 2021 competition, finishing as third runner-up.
