Galina Mikhailovna Mitrokhina (née Samorodova, then Konstantinova; Russian : Галина Михайловна Митрохина, Константинова, Самородова; born 14 February 1940) is a retired Russian rower. She won bronze in the single sculls at the 1962 European Rowing Championships in East Berlin. [1] Between 1963 and 1967 she won five more European titles in single and quad sculls. [2] She also won six national titles in single (1962–1966) and quad sculls (1967). After retirement she worked as a coach. [3] [4]

As of 2021, she has won ten premier national rowing championships.

In a surprise move, she was selected in the double scull alongside Brooke Donoghue, displacing the reigning twice world champion Olivia Loe. Osborne and Donoghue raced to a silver medal in Tokyo.

Georgia Nugent-O'Leary is a New Zealand rower. She is nominated to compete at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the quad sculls.
