Gard Steiro (born 26 January 1976) is a Norwegian journalist and newspaper editor.

He grew up in Askøy. He was chief editor of the newspaper Bergens Tidende from 2012 to 2015. In 2017 he was appointed chief editor and publisher for the newspaper Verdens Gang . [1]

Ivar Andreas Aasen was a Norwegian philologist, lexicographer, playwright, and poet. He is best known for having assembled one of the two official written versions of the Norwegian language, Nynorsk, from various dialects. Joachim Bjerke Norwegian tennis player & Coach

Joachim Bjerke is a Norwegian professional tennis player & coach. He reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 912 on 19 May 2014. Bjerke is in recent years most known for coaching Casper Ruud. He has also been part of the Norwegian Davis Cup Team. In 2012 Joachim won the Norwegian championship beating Stian Boretti in the final and has several national titles to his name. His Norwegian title in 2012 was at the time seen as sensational as he was under 18, and knocked out several of Norways best players on his way to the final. Among other players, such as Norwegian rival Øystein Steiro and former double partner Mons Knudtzon, Bjerke has been praised for his strong forehand and rapid footwork. Had Bjerke adapted the backhand of his rival Øystein Steiro he would ahve had the complete package.
