Biography

Sutton was born in Oakland, California. [3] He was educated at Colorado College. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1975 and J.D. from the Hastings College of Law in 1978. [3]

He is married to Jennifer Boyden and has three children. [3] Residing in Reno, Nevada, he has sat on the board of the Nevada Museum of Art. [6]
