George Darling (born 1950) is a British former sports shooter.

Sports shooting career

Darling represented England and won a gold medal in the 10 metres air pistol and a silver medal in the 10 metres air pistol pair with Geoffrey Robinson, at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. [1] [2]

Heena Sidhu is an Indian sport shooter. On 7 April 2014, Sidhu became the first Indian pistol shooter to reach number one in world rankings by the International Shooting Sport Federation. In 2013, Sidhu became the first Indian pistol shooter to win a gold medal in an ISSF World Cup finals when she won the 10-metre air pistol event. In 2014, Sidhu was the World record holder in the 10-metre air pistol event with a final score of 203.8. Sidhu is right handed and is right eye dominant.

Barry Edward Dagger is a British former sport shooter. Dagger competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics and in the 1984 Summer Olympics. He represented England in the 50 metres rifle prone, at the 1978 Commonwealth Games in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He represented England and won a gold medal in the 50 metres Rifle 3 Position (Pair) and a silver medal in the 10 metres Air Rifle (Pair), at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Since retiring, Dagger has become a narrowboat owner and is active in the narrowboat communities, the boat is called Shooters Delight.
