Giancarlo Cella (born 5 September 1940 in Bobbio) is an Italian former footballer who played as a defender. [2] He made more than 300 appearances in the Italian professional leagues, which included 172 appearances in Serie A, and then became a coach. [1] [3] He represented Italy at the 1960 Summer Olympics. [4]
Cella's older brother Albino Cella also played football professionally. To distinguish them, Albino was known as Cella I and Giancarlo as Cella II. Giancarlo Cella is a great supporter of Bobbiese.

Giancarlo Antognoni is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. A skillful and creative offensive playmaker, regarded as one of the best Italian players of all time in his position, he played most of his club career with Fiorentina, with whom they won the Coppa Italia and the Anglo-Italian League Cup in 1975. At international level, he won the 1982 FIFA World Cup with the Italy national team, and he also represented his country at the 1978 FIFA World Cup, and at the 1980 UEFA European Championship, finishing in fourth place on both occasions. Angelo Palombo is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Throughout his club career, he played for Fiorentina, Sampdoria, and Inter Milan in Serie A. The vast majority of that time was spent at Sampdoria where he was club captain and played a total of nearly 15 years.
