Giorgio Pellizzaro (born 16 August 1947) is an Italian football goalkeeper coach and former footballer who last worked as goalkeeper coach Leicester.

Early life

Pellizzaro has a sister and a brother. [1] He was born in Mantua, Italy, and has lived over thirty years in Brescia, Italy. [2]

Playing career

In 1973, Pellizzaro signed for Italian second-tier side Catanzaro, helping the club achieve promotion to the Italian Serie A. [3]

Style of play

Pellizzaro was known for his reflexes. [4]

Managerial career

After retiring from professional football, Pellizzaro worked as a goalkeeper coach. [5]
