Gizem Suna Kling Erdogan, (born 30 April 1987) is a Swedish actress. Gizem Erdogan studied at the Teaterhögskolan in Malmö between 2012 and 2015. In 2015, she made her acting debut in the film Svenskjävel. [1] [2]

In 2017, she had the role in the film Dröm vidare, for which she was nominated for Best Supporting actress in the Guldbaggengala in 2018. [3]

In 2017, Erdogan was nominated for the Rising Star Award at the Stockholm filmfestival. [4]

In 2020, Erdogan won a Kristallen award for Best female actress in a TV-production for her role in the SVT series Caliphate . [5]

The year after she again was nominated for the same award at Kristallen for her role as Leah in the SVT series The Thin Blue Line (Swedish TV series) . [6]

In 2022, she was named as ”Shooting star” by an international jury at the European Film Promotion (EFP). [7]

She also had a leading role in the Sveriges Television's Christmas calendar for 2021 En hederlig jul med Knyckertz. [8]

In 2022, she had a role in the Netflix series The Playlist (TV series) . [9]

<i>Wild Kids</i> Swedish reality show for children

Wild Kids is a Swedish reality show for children currently airing on TV4. The show aired for twelve seasons on Sveriges Television (SVT), between 2005 and 2019. Ola Lindholm was the host of the show for the first four seasons but was then replaced with Richard Olsson. The second season was filmed in late 2006 and aired in early 2007. The show took a one-year break before returning in 2009. Except for 2006, 2008 and 2011, the show has been aired every year since its inaugural season. Carolina Klüft took over the role as host in 2019. SVT then dropped off the rights for the show. For 2020, the 13th season, TV4 has taken over the rights for the show, leading to Linda Lindorff taking over the hosting role.
