Glenn H. Binger (February 8,1931 - July 16,2009 [1] ) was a Democratic politician who in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was born on a family farm near Independence,Missouri,and was educated at Blue Springs High School. On June 9,1951,he married Cowta Jeneane Franks in Independence,Missouri. [2] Binger worked as an auctioneer and was inducted into the Missouri Professional Auctioneers Association in 1985. [3]
