Glenrose Xaba (born 31 December 1994) is a South African long-distance runner. She competed in the senior women's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark, where she finished in 67th place. [1]
She competed in the junior women's race at the 2013 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Bydgoszcz, Poland. [2]
In 2015, she won the silver medal in the women's 10,000 metres at the South African Athletics Championships held in Stellenbosch, South Africa. She also won the bronze medal in the women's 5000 metres event. In 2016, she competed in the women's 10,000 metres event at the African Championships in Athletics held in Durban, South Africa.
In 2017, she competed in the senior women's race at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Kampala, Uganda. [3] She finished in 64th place. [3] In 2018, she competed in the senior women's race at the African Cross Country Championships held in Chlef, Algeria.
She competed in the women's half marathon at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland. [4]
She was not able to qualify for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan due to injury. [5]

Charlotte Purdue is a British long-distance runner who competes in the Marathon and Half Marathon, as well as cross country running for Aldershot, Farnham and District Athletics Club. After winning a number of youth titles at national level, she had her first international success at the European Cross Country Championships, winning medals in the junior races of 2007 and 2008. She was also the best European junior at the World Cross Country Championships those years.
Stephen Mokoka is a South African long-distance runner who competes in races ranging from 3000 metres to the 50 km distance. He formerly held the 50 km world record. He is a four-time medalist at the Universiade and has represented South Africa internationally in road, cross country, and track events. He represented South Africa in the marathon at the 2012 London Olympics.
Hellen Onsando Obiri is a Kenyan middle- and long-distance runner. She is the only woman to have won world titles in indoor track, outdoor track and cross country. Obiri is a two-time Olympic 5,000 metres silver medallist from the 2016 Rio and 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where she also placed fourth over the 10,000 metres. She is a two-time world champion after winning the 5,000 m in 2017 and again in 2019, when she set a new championship record. Obiri also took world bronze for the 1,500 metres in 2013 and silver in the 10,000 m in 2022.
