Gmina Rakoniewice is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Grodzisk Wielkopolski County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Rakoniewice, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south-west of Grodzisk Wielkopolski and 53 km (33 mi) south-west of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 201.15 square kilometres (77.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,515 (out of which the population of Rakoniewice amounts to 3,253, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 9,262).
