Gott Och Blandat is the debut studio album by the Swedish bubblegum dance/eurodance group Caramell. The album gets its name from the candy with the same name by Malaco.

Caramell was a Swedish music group, formed by singers Katia Löfgren and Malin Sundström, and producers Jorge "Vasco" Vasconcelo and Juha "Millboy" Myllylä. They are best known for their song "Caramelldansen". The group released two albums, Gott Och Blandat (1999) and Supergott (2001). Caramell broke up in 2002. Some time after Caramell had their hiatus, Jorge and Juha formed a duo as Vasco & Millboy, but the two split soon after. Sundström also went on to start a solo career as Dinah Nah. The group released Supergott Speedy Mixes in 2008.

Supergott is the second and final studio album by Swedish music group Caramell released on 16 November 2001, by Remixed Records. It is famous for the opening song "Caramelldansen," released on 2 November 2001. After the album was released, a standalone charity single "Allra Bästa Vänner" was released on 19 April 2002. The group disbanded shortly after.

"Caramelldansen" is the first track from Swedish music group Caramell's second and final album Supergott released on 16 November 2001. It became an Internet meme in the mid-2000s after a sped-up version of the song was attached to a video loop from the Japanese anime Popotan, which went viral. This version of the song was officially released in 2006 in Sweden and Japan as "U-u-uma uma", the latter of which charted on Oricon. A virtual group called Caramella Girls was launched to promote the song, renditions in other languages, and other cover songs and original songs.

"Efter plugget" is a song written by Lars Olof Larsson, Ted Larsson, Ken Siewertson and Mats Carinder, and originally recorded by Factory and released as a single in 1978 with "Vi sticker, här blir inga barn gjorda" as B-side, as well as appearing on the band's 1979 album Factory. Song lyrics describe completing the final year of school, and worrying about what to do next. The single peaked at second position at the Swedish singles chart, and charted at Svensktoppen for 10 weeks between 8 April-10 June 1979, peaking at 5th position.

"Ett barn är fött på denna dag" is a Swedish Christmas song.

Visan om solen, månen och planeterna is a poem written by Betty Ehrenborg-Posse, published in 1868 in Folkskolans läsebok. As a song it is, just like the Anthem of Europe, sung to the same tune as Beethoven's 9th symphony. The lyrics teach geography, astronomy and the four Northern Hemisphere temperate seasons. Nowadays, often just the closing verse is sung, named Månaderna, Januari börjar året, Månadsvisa or Visan om året.
