Govedina is an EP released in 2002 by the Belgrade hip hop group Beogradski Sindikat. [1] It was the cause of much controversy in Serbia and Montenegro, due to lyrics which displayed a highly negative attitude towards many actors on the political scene.

Beogradski Sindikat is a Serbian hip-hop collective from Belgrade, Serbia. It was formed on March 21, 1999, by uniting two underground hip-hop bands: „Red Zmaja“ (Order of the Dragon) and „TUMZ“ (Tehnika Upravljanja Mikrofonom i Znanjem) together with solo artists MC Flex (Feđa) and Šef Sale. Prota and DJ IRon then joined the group in 2004 and 2006 respectively.

Grandwizard Theodore & the Fantastic Five was an old school hip hop group, best known for their 12" single, "Can I Get A Soul Clap" (1980) The group also appeared in the film Wild Style (1982) and recorded a song in 1994 with the Cold Crush Brothers and Terminator X which appeared on Terminator X's album, Super Bad.
