Grace Tsitsi Mutandiro is a diplomat from Zimbabwe who is a Commissioner of the Public Service Commission. She was also Ambassador to Austria serving concurrently with appointments to the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was also Zimbabwe's Permanent Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations Organisation on Crime and Drugs (UNODC), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty OrganizationPreparatory Commission to the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organisation (CTBTO). She went on to serve as Secretary for Lands and Rural Resettlement, and then Secretary for Environment, Water and Climate. [1]

It was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 September 1996, but has not entered into force, as eight specific nations have not ratified the treaty.

The Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) is an international organization that will be established upon the entry into force of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, a Convention that outlaws nuclear test explosions. Its seat will be Vienna, Austria. The organization will be tasked with verifying the ban on nuclear tests and will operate therefore a worldwide monitoring system and may conduct on site inspections. The Preparatory Commission for the CTBTO, and its Provisional Technical Secretariat, were established in 1997 and are headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
Lieutenant Colonel Boniface Guwa Chidyausiku is a Zimbabwean diplomat who served as Zimbabwe's Ambassador to Russia from 2011 to 2015. Chidyausiku participated in the Zimbabwe Liberation War as a member of ZANLA from 1975 to 1980, which led to the attainment of National Independence and multiracial democracy. He was attested and commissioned with the rank of Lt Colonel in the Zimbabwe National Army.
