Green Monday (GM) is a startup that makes low-carbon and sustainable living simple. Founded in 2012 in Hong Kong, GM is aimed at tackling climate change and ensuring food security.

As of 2014, results of a survey by market research company Ipsos showed that 1.6 million Hong Kong people, or 23% of the city's total population, embrace "Green Monday" - an increase of 18% from 2012, [1] and over 1,000 restaurants in Hong Kong are offering their menus.[ citation needed ]

He used to be the host of the Hong Kong Metro Finance and Economics Channel, and also served as a guest on TV programs, including wireless, Cable, NowTV and Phoenix Satellite TV. China Telecom Corporation Limited (CT) is a Chinese telecommunications company. It is one of the red chip listed companies of state-owned China Telecommunications Corporation. Its H shares have been traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 15 November 2002. It is a constituent of the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, the index for the H shares of state-controlled listed companies. The company was also listed on the New York Stock Exchange until January 2021. China Telecom is the second-largest wireless carrier in China, with 362.49 million subscribers as of June 2021. China Telecom was a brand of China Telecommunications Corporation, but after the market liberalization of China, the state-owned enterprise spun off the brand and operated it as a separate company, floating it on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Ng Cho-nam</span> Hong Kong environmental studies scholar and conservationist (1960–2019)

Ng Cho-nam, SBS, JP, was a Hong Kong environmental studies scholar and conservationist who taught as an associate professor within the Department of Geography at the University of Hong Kong. He served as a top advisor on numerous Hong Kong government committees in areas of conservation, sustainable development, environmental protection, urban planning, and was an active member in various environmental NGOs. He was the director of the Conservancy Association from 2000 to 2019.
