Gregor Jelonek (born 16 September 1968) is a Canadian speed skater. He competed in the men's 1500 metres event at the 1988 Winter Olympics. He went to the Olympics as a coach five times: Turin, Vancouver, Sotchi, PyeongChang and Pekin. His athlete, Laurent Dubreuil won the silver medal at the 2022 Olympics in the 1000m.

In this event he won a gold medal at the 1980 Olympics as well as three world titles in 1977, 1978 and 1982. He won another world title in 1983, in coxed pairs. For his Olympic achievement Gregor was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in 1980.

Gregor Richard Weiss is an American artistic gymnast. He was a member of the United States men's national artistic gymnastics team and represented the United States at the 1964 Summer Olympics, placing 7th in the team event and 59th in the individual all-around. He was a member of the U.S. team at the 1966 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. In the NCAA, he competed for Penn State University and was the NCAA all-around champion in 1961. He was inducted into the U.S. Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 1991.
