Gulume Tollesa Chala (born 11 September 1992) is an Ethiopian long-distance runner.
In 2013 she won the Marrakech Marathon. In 2015 she won the Frankfurt Marathon. [1]
In 2017 and 2018 she won the Hong Kong Marathon. [1] [2] In 2018 she also set a new course record 2:29:37. [1] This record did not stand for long as Volha Mazuronak set a new record of 2:26:13 in the following year.

Kenenisa Bekele Beyecha is an Ethiopian long-distance runner. He was the world record holder in both the 5000-metre and 10000-metre from 2004 (5,000m) and 2005 (10,000m) until 2020. He won the gold medal in both the 5000 m and 10,000 m events at the 2008 Summer Olympics. At the 2004 Olympics, he won the gold medal in the 10,000 m and the silver medal in the 5000 m.
Eliud Kipchoge is a Kenyan long-distance runner who competes in the marathon and formerly specialized at the 5000 metre distance. Regarded as the greatest marathon runner of all time, he is the 2016 and 2020 Olympic marathon champion and the world record holder in the marathon with a time of 2:01:09 set at the 2022 Berlin Marathon.
