Thomas Daniel "Tim" Conway was an American actor, comedian, writer, and director. Conway is perhaps best known as a regular cast member (1975–1978) on the TV comedy The Carol Burnett Show where he portrayed his recurrent iconic characters Mister Tudball and the Oldest Man. Over his career he received numerous accolades including five Primetime Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe Award. The series was created by Dan Signer, a former writer and co-executive producer of The Suite Life on Deck and creator of the Disney XD/YTV series Mr. Young. In mid-November 2010, Disney Channel greenlit the series, with production beginning in early 2011. The first promo was released during the premiere of Lemonade Mouth.

Frank Van Tuyl Phillips was an American cinematographer. He was born in 1912 in San Bernardino, California. He was a director of photography and Disney and MGM Studios. His credits at MGM as a camera operator include Singin' in the Rain and Giant. His Disney credits include Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Pete's Dragon, and Escape to Witch Mountain. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his work on The Black Hole. He also worked in television and received an Emmy nomination for his work on Hawaii Five-0.
