Gunnar Roland Tjomlid (born 3 August 1974) is a Norwegian skeptic, secular humanist [1] blogger, and author.
Tjomlid was born in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, where he lived until he was two years old. He then mostly resided in the village of Tonstad in Norway. He was a Christian before becoming an atheist. [2]
He started the blog Unfiltered Perception in 2006, which changed name to Saksynt in 2013.
He was on the panel of Norwegian podcast Saltklypa from 2010 to 2012.
In 2010 he received the award Tordenbloggen [3] and in 2014 he received an award in Vixen Blog Awards 2013. [4]
Tor Åge Bringsværd is an author, playwright, editor and translator. He is perhaps best known for his speculative fiction. Together with long-time partner Jon Bing, he is also considered as the first Norwegian author to write science fiction literature. Bringsværd regards himself as an anarchist, which is clearly reflected in some of his works. He is also known for his distinctive style of writing, for example for his seemingly random jumps to narratives or anecdotes with no clear relationship to the main story.
Olav Gunnar Ballo is a Norwegian former politician for the Socialist Left Party (SV). Ballo changed party to Arbeiderpartiet in 2011. Ballo was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Finnmark in 1997. He studied medicine at University of Würzburg, and has worked as a medical doctor. Ballo represented SV in Alta municipality council from 1991 to 1997. Ballo was the leader of the National Forensics Institute in Norway between 2009 and 2010/2011.

Jan Erik Vold is a Norwegian lyric poet, jazz vocal reciter, translator and author. He was a core member of the so-called "Profil generation", the circle attached to the literary magazine Profil. Throughout his career as an artist, he has had the ability to reach the public, both with his poetry and his political views. He has contributed greatly to the renewal of Norwegian poetry, and created interest in lyrical poetry. Jan Erik Vold is currently living in Stockholm.
Lars Gule is a Norwegian philosopher. He has graduated with a doctorate in philosophy, and is an associate professor. From 2000 to 2005 he was secretary general of the Norwegian Humanist Association. Gule became known to the general public in 1977 when after having joined the DFLP group, Gule was arrested in Beirut, Lebanon with Semtex in his luggage intended for Israeli targets leading to a six-month conviction and subsequent deportation. He remains active as a pro-Palestine activist. Gule is often used by Norwegian media as an authority on questions regarding the Middle East, Islam and extremism.
Matthew Wade Dillahunty is an American atheist activist and former president of the Atheist Community of Austin, a position he held from 2006 to 2013. Between 2005 and October 2022, Dillahunty was host of the televised webcast The Atheist Experience.

The Sports Name of the Year is an annual award presented to the Danish sportsperson or team judged to have delivered the best performance of the year. Nynorsk User of the Year is a prize awarded by the Nynorsk Cultural Center at the Nynorsk Festival every year. The prize is awarded to the "persons or institutions that demonstrate the ability to break language and cultural conventions on the use of Nynorsk, which through their example or practical work make it easier to be Nynorsk users, or which create a greater general understanding of Nynorsk." Since 2006, the prize has consisted of NOK 50,000 and a graphic print, and on two occasions a copy of the game Dialektspelet. In 2014, the prize was NOK 100,000, split equally between the two prize recipients. The competition is headed by the Nynorsk Cultural Center, which also serves as the jury.
Didrik Schjerven Søderlind is a Norwegian secular humanist and skeptic who works as a journalist and author. He works as an advisor for the Norwegian Humanist Association and has previously been a journalist for forskning.no with science, religion, and culture as primary areas of interest. He has published monographies of his own as well as contributed to anthologies, especially about lifestance and skepticism.
Claes Gusten Hemberg is a Swedish economist and author. He worked as a journalist before joining Avanza in 1998. Hemberg stepped down as economist of Avanza in February 2018.
