Gyan Prakash Upadhyaya (29 October 1964) [1] also known as GP Upadhyaya is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer and current Cabinet Secretary of Government of Sikkim. [2] [3] He is an 1987 batch IAS. [4]

The Indian Administrative Service (IAS) is the administrative arm of the All India Services of Government of India.
