The women's artistic team all-around gymnastics competition at the 2013 Summer Universiade was held on July 7 at the Gymnastics Centre in Kazan.

2013 Summer Universiade summer sporting event held in Kazan

The 2013 Summer Universiade, officially known as the XXVII Summer Universiade, was held in the city of Kazan, Russia, the most northerly city ever to host a Summer Universiade. Over 10,400 university athletes from 162 countries participated in 13 mandatory and 14 optional sports, making the 2013 Universiade the biggest ever in the history of the event. For the first time in history a Cultural Universiade was also included, with many festivals and shows held simultaneously with the sporting events. The Universiade was organized by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and by the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Lisa Katharina Hill is a German artistic gymnast. She was the alternate for the German team that finished ninth at the 2012 Summer Olympics. She was a member of the German team that finished eleventh at the 2010 World Championships, and she helped the team finish sixth at the 2011 World Championships. At the 2013 Summer Universiade, she won a bronze medal with her team and on the uneven bars. At the 2014 World Championships, she helped the German team finish ninth. She was the only member of the German team to qualify for the all-around final, where she finished 22nd. She finished seventh in the uneven bars final with a score of 14.333.

Gymnastics was contested at the 2015 Summer Universiade from July 4 to 13 at the Gwangju Women's University Universiade Gymnasium in Gwangju, South Korea. Artistic and rhythmic gymnastics was the two disciplines of gymnastics contested.
