H. K. Sema (born 1 June 1943) is an Indian jurist and former judge of the Supreme Court of India. [1] [2] He has also served as the chairperson of Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission. [3]
Sema was born on 1 June 1943. He completed his graduation from St Joseph's College,Darjeeling in 1967 and a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College,Mumbai in 1970. [4]

The High Court of Jammu &Kashmir and Ladakh is the common high court for union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. It was established as the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on 26 March 1928 by the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir. Justice Sudhakar has been appointed for a period of five years from the date of appointment or till he attains the age of 67 or until further orders,whichever is earlier.
