H. Marshal Ward (born November 2, 1946, in San Turce, Puerto Rico) [1] was a Major General in the U.S. Air Force. His last post was to serve as Director of special programs for Office of Undersecretary of Defense.
Prior to that position he served as Director of requirements at the Air Force Space Command Headquarters at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado. In addition Ward served as Deputy Director for operational requirements at the Headquarters for the U.S. Air Force. [2]
In 1968, while serving in the military, the general graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree. He then in 1972 graduated from squadron officer school. He got both his master's degree in business administration and finished the Air Command Staff College in 1982. Finally, in 1988 he graduated from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
In 1966 Marshal Ward enlisted in the air force. Later, he graduated from Florida State University after participating in the Airman's Education and Commissioning Program. He was commissioned Lieutenant after he completed Officer Training School in 1969. He has held numerous assignments in weather forecasting, hurricane reconnaissance, airlift operations, command and control operations, communications, space and missile plans and policy, acquisition program management, and operational requirements. After retiring from the air force in 2001, Ward joined BAE Systems, serving as the vice president and general manager for the Electronics and Space Systems business area of BAE Systems. In this position, he was partially responsible for the founding of the business area. In his position he successfully facilitated the growth of the business area to US$270m in revenue. Later, he left BAE Systems and joined Integral Systems as a chief operating officer. [4]
Roy Dubard Bridges Jr. is an American pilot, engineer, retired United States Air Force officer, test pilot, former NASA astronaut and the former director of NASA's John F. Kennedy Space Center and Langley Research Center. As a command pilot, he has over 4,460 flying hours, and is a decorated veteran of 262 combat missions during the Vietnam War. He retired as a U.S. Air Force major general, last serving as the Director of Requirements, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, from June 1993 until his retirement. He is married with two adult children.
John Michael Loh is a retired four-star general in the United States Air Force (USAF) who last served as Commander, Air Combat Command from June 1992 to July 1995. Claude Robert "Bob" Kehler, is a retired United States Air Force general who served as Commander, United States Strategic Command from January 28, 2011, to November 15, 2013. He previously served as Commander, Air Force Space Command from October 12, 2007, to January 5, 2011. As a commander of the Air Force Space Command, he was responsible for the development, acquisition and operation of the Air Force's space and missile systems. He oversaw a global network of satellite command and control, communications, missile warning and launch facilities, and ensured the combat readiness of America's intercontinental ballistic missile force. He led more than 39,700 space professionals in providing combat forces and capabilities to North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Strategic Command. He was also responsible for the plans and operations for all U.S. forces conducting strategic deterrence and Department of Defense space and cyberspace operations. He officially retired from the Air Force on January 1, 2014, after nearly 39 years of service.
Bennie Luke Davis was a United States Air Force general who served as the commander-in-chief of Strategic Air Command, and as the director of Joint Strategic Target Planning Staff, with its headquarters at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The command was the major American nuclear deterrent force with bombers, tankers, reconnaissance aircraft and intercontinental ballistic missiles. Bruce Allen Carlson, was the 17th Director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Carlson served as a general authority and a member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from April 2009 to October 2015.
Carrol Howard "Howie" Chandler, is a retired United States Air Force four-star general. He last served as the 35th Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force from August 27, 2009, to January 14, 2011. He previously served as commander of Pacific Air Forces from November 2007 to August 20, 2009, and deputy chief of staff for operations, plans and requirements from October 23, 2005, to November 29, 2007. As vice chief, he presided over the Air Staff and served as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Requirements Oversight Council and Deputy Advisory Working Group. He assisted the chief of staff with organizing, training, and equipping of 680,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas. He retired from the Air Force by March 1, 2011. In 2012 he joined Pratt & Whitney Military Engines as vice president for military business development and international programs.
General Gregory Stuart Martin is a retired U.S. Air Force general and Commander, Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Martin was a command pilot with more than 4,600 flying hours in various aircraft, including the F-4, F-15, C-20 and C-21. Upon retirement in 2005, Martin took a position consulting for Northrop Grumman and also served on an Air Force panel studying stealth aircraft technology, among other Pentagon and private industry roles.

He had his retirement ceremony on November 13, 2020 and retired effective December 31, 2020. Wilson serves on the Board of Directors of BAE Systems, the U.S. subsidiary of BAE Systems PLC Board. He also serves as a advisor to New Vista Capital.
