Teneil Laetitia Throssell, known professionally as HAAi, is an Australian electronic producer and DJ from Karratha, Western Australia. [2] [3]

Contents

Throssell began her musical career in a series of rock bands, eventually moving to the UK as part of duo Dark Bells. [4] She began DJing only after the band split up, going on to hold a residency at club Phonox in London from late 2016 for two years. [5] [6] HAAi gained wider prominence after winning the BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix of the Year 2018. [7] [8]

She released her debut EP in November 2019 with Systems Up, Windows Down. [9] This was followed-up by her debut album, Baby, We're Ascending , in May 2022. [10] She has collaborated with various other electronic artists, including Fred Again and Jon Hopkins. [11]

AJ Tracey is the eponymous debut studio album by British rapper AJ Tracey, released independently on 8 February 2019. It follows his EP Secure the Bag! (2017). Blane Muise, better known by her stage name Shygirl, is an English singer, DJ, rapper, songwriter and co-head/founder of record label and collective Nuxxe. Shygirl's music incorporates elements of dance music, industrial hip-hop, experimental pop, grime and deconstructed club. She has also been associated with the hyperpop music scene. Shygirl rose to prominence after working with close collaborator and friend Sega Bodega, as well as other well-known experimental producers Arca and Sophie, and gaining attention from the likes of Rihanna, who has used various Nuxxe tracks for her Fenty Beauty commercials and fashion shows. Sherelle Camille Thomas, known mononymously as Sherelle, is a British DJ and electronic musician. With a background in dancehall and rave music, Sherelle is best known for her DJ sets and mixes. Yu Su is an electronic dance music producer and DJ. She was born in Kaifeng, China, and moved to Vancouver, Canada, in 2013. She started to produce music the following year and after a tour of mainland China in 2019 from Qingdao to Xining, she set up the record label bié in order to release the music of the artists she had met. She is also known as the co-founder of femme culture, which she founded with her partner Alex Lambert, an inclusive queer platform. The label organizes the annual HeForShe compilation, and all profits go to the charity U.N. Women.

Baby, We're Ascending is the debut album from the Australian artist HAAi. The album was released on 27 May 2022.

"Strong" is a song by the xx member Romy Madley Croft, released mononymously as Romy. It was released on 14 November 2022 by Young, as the lead single to her debut album Mid Air. The trance song was written and produced by Romy, Stuart Price, and Fred Again, with the latter also getting a feature credit.
