The Hang Tuah Village (Malay : Perkampungan Hang Tuah) is a village in Kampung Duyong, Malacca, Malaysia. It was opened to the public on 9 August 2013. [1] [2] The village spreads over an area of 10.4 hectares and consists of Hang Tuah Centre, Hang Tuah's Well, House of Traditional Costumes and Batik Gallery. [3] [4]

Hang Tuah, according to the semi-historical Malay Annals, was a warrior and Laksamana who lived in Malacca during the reign of Sultan Mansur Shah in the 15th century. Melaka Planetarium, officially known as Melaka Planetarium Adventure Science Centre, is a planetarium located at Melaka International Trade Centre business district in the town of Ayer Keroh, at the Malaysian state of Malacca. Its opening was officiated by Malacca State Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam on 10 August 2009, and is the second planetarium in the state after the Al-Khawarizmi Astronomy Complex in Masjid Tanah. The planetarium features Islamic architecture and a landing UFO, costing MYR20 million to be built. It covers an area of 0.7 hectares, with 3 floors. The planetarium is divided into four sections—which are astronomy, outer space, simulation, and physics, and exhibits the magnificent cosmos, history of astronomy and astronomers and also various other attractions.
