Hanifa Kawooya (21 January,1957) is a Ugandan politician and an administrator. She is the district woman representative of Sembabule. Kawooya belongs to National Resistance Movement (NRM) political party. [1]
In 2004, she attained a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Development Studies from Nkumba University. She later joined and completed Master of International Relations and Diplomacy in the same university in 2007. [1]
From 1993-1995, she worked as the Constituent Assembly Delegate at National Assembly. Between 1998-2002, she served as the Executive Publicity Secretary at National Women Council. From 1980 to 1992, she was employed as the Sales and Marketing Officer at Uganda Airlines & Zambia Airways. From 2016 to date, she has been the member of Pan African Parliament. Hanifa also worked as the Caucus Treasurer of the National Resistance Movement. She was also the speaker of Sembabule District Local Government. She served as the Senior Principal Revenue Officer of Uganda Revenue Authority. In 2001, she worked as the Deputy Resident District Commissioner of Rakai district. From 2001 to date, she as served as the Member of Parliament at the Parliament of Uganda. [1]

Sam Kahamba Kutesa is a Ugandan businessman, politician and lawyer. He is the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda, a position he has held since 13 January 2005 and maintained through three cabinet reshuffles. He is also the elected Member of Parliament (MP) for Mawogola County in Sembabule District. He was the President of the United Nations General Assembly during its 69th session in 2014–2015.
Jenipher Kacha Namuyangu, also Jennifer Namuyangu Byakatonda, but commonly referred to as Jennifer Namuyangu, is a Ugandan politician and environmentalist. She belongs to the National Resistance Movement political party. She is the Minister of State for Local Government in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. She previously served as the Minister of State for Water Resources, from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. In the Cabinet reshuffle on 27 May 2011, she was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Betty Bigombe. She also served as the elected Member of Parliament for Pallisa District Women's Representative, from 2001 until 2011. In 2010, Pallisa District was split into two, to create Kibuku District. Namuyangu contested for the parliamentary seat of Kibuku County, Kibuku District. She lost to Saleh Kamba by a wide margin.
James Kakooza is a Ugandan accountant and politician. He has served as State Minister for Health in Uganda since 2009. He is also the Member of Parliament representing Kabula County, Lyantonde District, in the Ugandan Parliament. He has served in that position since 2001.

Rosemary Bikaako Tumusiime is a Ugandan marketing professional, public administrator, feminist and politician. She is the elected Member of Parliament for Entebbe Municipality and is a representative for NRM, the ruling political party in Uganda. She is the first female representative for the constituency in over three decades and succeeded Muhammad Kawuma who served for two consecutive terms from 2006 to 2016.
