Haripada Baguli (1900 - 1990)[ citation needed ] was an Indian politician,and a member of West Bengal Legislative Assembly from the Sagar constituency,as a member of the Kisan Mazdoor Praja Party. [1] [2] He was elected in the 1952 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election and served until 1957. He later stood as a candidate of the Praja Socialist Party for the Kakdwip constituency in the 1957 and 1962 elections,but lost both times. [3] [4]

The Kisan Mazdoor Praja Party,or Praja Party for short,was a political party of India. Established in 1951,it merged with the Socialist Party to form the Praja Socialist Party in the following year. The Andhra unit of the party,however,revived the old party under the name "Praja Party" and lasted for a few more years.
