Daily air services operate to the island. In the past these have been from Perth Airport, but in recent years have been mainly from Jandakot.

Air Alderney was founded on 31 January 2017, and faced numerous delays in commencing operations. As of February 2024, the Air Alderney website has been taken down and the domain parked.
