Hammer to Fall 1984 Queen single

"Hammer to Fall" is a 1984 song by the British rock band Queen. Written by guitarist Brian May, the song is the eighth track on their 1984 album The Works. It was the fourth and final single to be released from that album, although the single version was edited down by thirty seconds in contrast to the version on the album. Different sleeves were used to package this single and the live picture sleeve is now a collector's item. The song harks back to the Queen of old, with a song being built around a hard angular and muscular riff.

"Panic in Detroit" is a song written by English singer-songwriter David Bowie for the album Aladdin Sane in 1973. Bowie based it on friend Iggy Pop's descriptions of revolutionaries he had known in Michigan and Pop's experiences during the 1967 Detroit riots. The Works is the eleventh studio album by the British rock band Queen. It was released on 27 February 1984 by EMI Records in the United Kingdom and it is the band's first studio album to be released by Capitol Records in the United States. After the synth-heavy Hot Space (1982), the album saw the re-emergence of Brian May and Roger Taylor's rock sound, while still incorporating the early 80s retro futuristic electronic music and New York funk scenes. Recorded at the Record Plant Studios in Los Angeles, California and Musicland Studios in Munich, Germany from August 1983 to January 1984, the album's title comes from a comment Taylor made as recording began – "Let's give them the works!".

<i>Threshold</i> (album) 2006 studio album by HammerFall

Threshold is the sixth studio album by the Swedish heavy metal band HammerFall. It was released in 2006 but on different dates for different countries. On October 18 in Sweden then on October 20 in Europe followed by France and the UK on October 23 and finally in the United States on October 31. The album entered the Swedish charts at number one, staying on the chart for eight weeks. This was the band's first No. 1 since Renegade in 2000. It is currently the last HammerFall studio album with the guitarist Stefan Elmgren and the bass guitarist Magnus Rosén, as Rosén left the band in 2007 and Elmgren left in 2008.

The Templar Renegade Crusades is a combination of live performances, video clips, interviews, etc., by the Swedish power metal band, HammerFall. It was released by Nuclear Blast, first on VHS followed by a DVD release. It includes video footage from recording sessions, live concerts, tour backstages and encounters with fans. The footage ranged from the recording sessions of Legacy of Kings to the gold album party which took place in November 2001.

Glory to the Brave (song)

"Glory to the Brave" is a song by the Swedish power metal band HammerFall, from the album Glory to the Brave, released as a single on 20 October 1997. On this release there are four songs. One was recorded live, one is a radio edit and two are a bonus track from a previous studio album, which can only be found on special copies.

"Renegade" is a song by HammerFall, the first single from their album Renegade. It was released on 21 August 2000 and contains three audio tracks, screensavers and a video special.
It includes a cover version of the 1983 Accept song "Head over Heels".

Infected is the eighth studio album by the band HammerFall and was released on 20 May 2011 in Europe and 7 June 2011 in North America. It was their first album produced by James Michael and the HammerFall guitarists Oscar Dronjak and Pontus Norgren. To promote the record, the song "One More Time" was released as the first official single on 6 April 2011. On 8 April 2011, Nuclear Blast Records released a limited edition picture 7" version of the single "One More Time"; the vinyl was limited to 500 copies. The album entered the Swedish charts at number two.

"One More Time" is a song by the Swedish heavy and power metal band HammerFall released as a single to promote their album Infected. There are two versions that were released – the first one on 6 April 2011 which is only available as a digital download. It features a live recording of "Hallowed Be My Name" and an instrumental version of the single title track. On 8 April a second version was released which featured "Lore of the Arcane/Trailblazers" live and a newly recorded version of "Blood Bound". It was written by vocalist Joacim Cans and guitarist Oscar Dronjak and it is the only HammerFall song in drop C tuning.

Blood Bound is a song by the Swedish Power and Heavy metal band HammerFall, released on January 28, 2005. It was the only single released from their fifth studio album Chapter V: Unbent, Unbowed, Unbroken.
The instrumental/karaoke version on the album was linked with a competition where fans could send their version of "Blood Bound" to Nuclear Blast and win a meet and greet with the members of HammerFall on their shows in April 2005.
