The Heider College of Business (formerly known as the Creighton University College of Business) is the business school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Opened in 1920, it offers degrees in accounting, economics, finance, international business, marketing, management, and business intelligence and analytics. The Heider College of Business was named #2 for Return on Investment for Business Schools, as rated by Payscale.com in 2013. The Heider College of Business is located in the Harper Center building on Creighton's campus. It is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. [1]

400 graduate students annually complete degrees in Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Master of Science in Investment Management and Financial Analysis. The dean of the Heider College of Business is Anthony Hendrickson. [2]

The Creighton University College of Business was renamed to the Heider College of Business on October 23, 2013 to acknowledge donations from Charles F. Heider and Mary C. Heider of Omaha. [3] This made the college the first named school at Creighton University. [4]

Creighton College separated into Creighton University and Creighton Preparatory School in 1958. Over the 142 years since its founding, Creighton Prep has grown from an initial class of 120 students to a student body of 1021 individuals (2016).

The university was founded in 1927 as the Capitol Radio Engineering Institute by a former US Navy Radioman. The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business is the graduate business school of the University of Pittsburgh located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Although business education had its origins at the university in 1907, the Graduate School of Business was established in 1960 from a merger of its predecessors, the School of Business Administration and the Graduate School of Retailing. It was renamed in 1987 after businessman and university alumnus benefactor Joseph Katz. Daniel S. Hendrickson

Daniel S. Hendrickson is the 25th president of Creighton University starting on July 1, 2015, until the present. He was previously the Associate Provost for Academic Initiatives at Marquette University.

The R.B. Pamplin College of Business, is Virginia Tech's business school. Founded in 1965, it has more than 41,000 alumni. The current Dean is Robert Sumichrast. In 1986 the college was renamed following a donation from alumnus Robert B. Pamplin and his son Robert B. Pamplin Jr.

Boston University Metropolitan College (MET) is one of the 17 degree-granting schools and colleges of Boston University. Founded in 1965, it offers full-time and part-time study during the evening or through online and blended programs.
