The International Cricket Council (ICC) is the global governing body of cricket. It was founded as the Imperial Cricket Conference in 1909 by representatives from Australia,England,and South Africa. It was renamed as the International Cricket Conference in 1965 and adopted its current name in 1987. The ICC has its headquarters in Dubai,United Arab Emirates.

Rodney James Tucker is an Australian cricket umpire,member of the ICC Elite Umpire Panel and officiates in international Tests,ODIs and T20Is. He played for the India "A" national team in international cricket and for South Zone and Kerala in Indian domestic cricket. He is a former captain of Kerala state Ranji Trophy team. He now serves as an umpire at the first-class level and officiates in domestic cricket tournaments in India,including the Ranji Trophy and Indian Premier League. Richard Allan Kettleborough is an English international cricket umpire,and former first-class cricketer who appeared in 33 first-class matches for Yorkshire and Middlesex. He was a left-handed top order batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler. He attended Worksop College and was a member of the college cricket XI for a number of years.
Cecelia Nora Isobel Mary Joyce is an Irish cricketer. A right-handed batter and leg break bowler,she played 57 One-Day Internationals and 43 Twenty20 Internationals for Ireland between 2001 and 2018. She played in her final match for Ireland in November 2018,during the 2018 ICC Women's World Twenty20 tournament. In 2021,Joyce returned to competitive cricket to play for Typhoons in the Women's Super Series after injuries to players in the original squad.

Iain Wardlaw is a retired English-born first-class cricketer who played international cricket for Scotland. A right-arm medium pacer and right-handed batsman,Wardlaw was contracted to Yorkshire County Cricket Club to the end of the 2012 season,and for whom he played four Twenty20 games,and one County Championship match in 2011.

The English women's cricket team toured India in January 2002. They played India in 5 One Day Internationals and 1 Test match. India won the ODI series 5–0,whilst the Test match was drawn.
