Henrique Braun (born 1967) is an American businessman who is current the Executive Vice-president and Chief Operating Officer of the The Coca-Cola Company. On December 10, 2025, he was announced as the company's next chief executive officer (CEO), effective March 2026.
Braun was born in California and raised in Brazil. [2] He holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, a Master of Science degree from Michigan State University and a master of business administration from Georgia State University. [3]
In 1996, Braun joined Coca-Cola, having served in numerous roles since then. He was the company's President for Greater China and South Korea from 2013 to 2016. He then served as President of the Brazil business unit from 2016 to 2020 and as the President of the Latin America operating unit from 2020 to 2022. [4]
In 2022, Braun became president of international development, a position he held until 2025, when he was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of the company. [5] On December 10, 2025, it was announced that Henrique would become chief executive officer of Coca-Cola, effective March 31, 2026, succeeding James Quincey. [6]
