Waiting for My Rocket to Come is the debut studio album by the American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz, released on October 15, 2002, by Elektra Records. It was his only studio release on that label before he moved to Atlantic Records. By December 2003, the album had sold 500,000 copies, prompting Entertainment Weekly to dub Mraz "The winner of 2003’s sensitive singer-songwriter sweepstakes". The album's commercial success occurred partly because of its successful Top 40 single "The Remedy ", as well as Mraz's energetic live performances and extensive self-promotion.

The song "Hank" was originally recorded by Eleven Hundred Springs and released on their 2004 album, Bandwagon under the title, "Hank Williams Wouldn't Make It Now In Nashville, Tennessee". The last track features Randy Crouch singing lead vocals on the song, "Hope You Make It."

Comal County Blue is Jason Boland & The Stragglers's sixth album. It was released in August 2008. The album is dedicated to the late Bob Childers and Jerry "Uncle Stoney" Newport. It is the third album by the band to be produced by Lloyd Maines. The album features a duet with Texas singer/songwriter, Robert Earl Keen, entitled "The Party's Not Over." The tenth track was co-written with Cody Canada of Cross Canadian Ragweed and is recorded on the band's 1998 album, Carney. The last track on the album is a version of the song, "Outlaw Band," written by Bob Childers and Randy Crouch.

Occupy This Album: 99 Songs for the 99 Percent is a four-disc compilation box set released in May 2012 through the record label Music for Occupy. The album concept, and initial production was initiated by Executive Producer Jason Samel. Jason Samel later recruited Producers Maegan Hayward, Alex Emanuel and Shirley Menard to assist with the project. The set consists of 99 songs inspired by or related to the Occupy movement. Proceeds from the album went "directly towards the needs of sustaining this growing movement."
